Virtual Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the BVI Chamber of Commerce and Hotel Association (BVICCHA) gives notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (Article 24 of the Association's M&A's). The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the restructuring of the Association. 

The meeting agenda will be as followed:

• Special Presentation: Separation of BVICCHA into a chamber of commerce and hotel association

• Adjournment
